SENT TO AMERICA. By Teltgraph.—Press Assn—Copyright New York, August 13. Evidence given in connection with the deportation of the Soviet Ambassador, Martens, showed that the Customs seized 131 diamonds addressed to a comrade of Martens from a Swedish sailor. Large quantities of jewels, supposedly belonging to the Royal family, have been transformed during the last sis months. There is a Tegular Bolshevik courier service between Sweden and New York, but Martens denied knowledge or complic-ity.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
