GERMANY TO BE ADMITTED SOON. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received August 7, 5.5 p.m. Madrid, August 6. The Council of the League of. Nations at San Sebastian decided that the international financial conference at Brussels should be held during the last week of September. Thirty States, including Germany and Austria, will participate. , The invitation to the latter k tantamount to notice that they will be accepted as members of the League if tliey apply for admission. Each Government will be asked to present a balance-sheet, and to . renounce further issues of paper money. A committee of experts will attempt to arrive at an equitable arrangement of exchange with Germany and Austria.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
