Mr. Albert Johnson, chairman of the House of Representatives Committee investigating the Japanese situation in California, declared at Taconm that he had evidence proving the existence of a systematio scheme for illegally smuggling Japanese into the United States, End he would shortly submit it to the State Department and the Department of Labor.
