It agrees that America is right in asking for an explanation. The I answer to Washington will point out the 'purely temporary character or the occupation of Saghalien and that misunderstanding was caused over the occupation of Nikolaievsk. Japanese Korean residents in the Chita region are withdrawing in the wake of the Japanese troops, who are being withdrawn.
