SOVIET RULE WANTED. By Telegraph.—Frew Assn.—Copyright. Received August 5, 7.50 p.m. Berlin, August 4. A Communist coup occurred at Zitlau, which is isolated by a stoppage of the railways. Shops remain closed, and work is stopped. The Government ignored a demand that it make way for a Soviet dictatorship, and sent an aeroplane, which scattered notices telling the population that troops had been despatched to their aid.
