The Associated Press states that Amundsen's arrival completes the first circumnavigation of-the globe in Arctic waters.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. Amundsen's expedition experienced difficulties owing to defections among the crew, wh" 'h resulted in delays. Amundsen doggedly determined to carry on, but the ice conditions render it. doubtful.
