THE MILK CASE ADJOtIBra!D. The adjourned hearing of the charge against John Hale, dairyman, of New Plymouth, of making an unreasonably high profit on the sale of milk at 8d per quart, did not take place yesterday afternoon as 'set down, owing to the Magistrate (Mr. T. A. B. Bailey) being kept occupied at the usual sitting of the Inglewood Court. No date has bee.n fixed for the continuation of the hearing, and it it probable it will not be held till next week.
