JTOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the New Plymouth Borough Council, held on tie 28tt day of June, 1920, a resolution was passed:— That in pursuance of the powers contained in Sub-section (1) of section 15.3 and section 181 of "The Municipal 0.porations Act, 1908," and in pursuance of all other Acts and powers (if any), it thereunto enabling the New Plymouth Borough Council doth hereby: (a) Name the" following streets within the Borough.of New Plymouth : hereinafter described; that is to say: Street off Qarrington Road, being part of Slock 60, Paritjita Survey District, hereby named Broadmore Street. Street off* Doralto Road, being part of Block 61, Paritutu Survey District—hereby named . Hursthonse Street. Street connecting the two streets above mentioned and previously unnamed, being parts of Blocks 60 and 61, Paritutu Survey District, hereby name! Wickstead Street. Street off'>Gdvett Avenue, being part of Block 58, Paritutu Survey District, hereby named Woodleigh Street. Street off Mangorei Road, being part of Block 87, Paritutu Survey District, hereby named Puketi Street. Street off Ngamotu Road, being part of section 811, Moturoa, hereby named Paritutu Street. Street off Paynter's \Avenue, being part of N.R. 18, * hereby named Pukaka Street'. Street connecting Tukapa Street and Frankley Road, being Ft. of Block 27, 28 and 42, Paritutu Survey' District, hereby named .Waimea Street. Street connecting Waiwaki Terrace with Calmady Terrace, hereby named Skeet Street. Reserve, and being part of Block 06, Paritutu Survey District, hereby named Te Puia Street. Street connecting Fitzroy Road with the Street last abova mentioned, being part of Block 96, Paritutu Survey District, hereby named Weka Street. . (b) Alter the name of each of the following streets within the Borough of .New Plymouth as hereinafter mentioned and described, that is to say: That part of Holdsworthy Road extending from Tukapa Street to Frankley Road hereby altered to and named Clawtonj Street. y That .part of Holdsworthy Road East of Avenue Road, hereby altered to and named Timandra Street. \ That part of Shortland Street East of Pukekura Park (Botani-1 cal Gardens) hereby altered to' and named Cracroft Street. The whole of the streets referred to in sub-sections (a) and (b) of this resolution being shown upon a plan produced to, this meeting. |

And notice is hereby also given that the said resolution will be submitted to a Special Meeting of the said Council to be held in the Municipal Offices, Liardet Street, New Plymouth, on Monday, the 26th day of July, 1920, at 7.30 p.m., for confirmation as a Special Order. REGISTRATION OF MOTORS. Notice constituting the Inglewood Comty Council a Registering Authority under "The Motor Regulations Act. ' 1908," part 11. IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Inglewood County Council, at a Meeting held on Saturday, the 10th dny of July, 1920, at the Council Offices. Inglewood, passed the following resolution:— THAT PURSUANT to The Motor Regulation Act, 1908, part It. sections 12 and 13, the Inglewoo) County hereby becomes a registering authority within the meaning of the said Act, and that the provisions of the said Act, shall extend and apply to tVCounty of Inglewood and become operative within the said County on and after the ninth day of August* 1920.
