EVERYBODY'S. LAST NIGHT OP „A PAIR OP SIXES" AND "LONESOME LUKE." Novelty of plot and situations place the Taylor Holmes comedy, "A Pair of Sixes," in a class by itself amongst this year's releases. It is a scream front beginning to end, and opportunities for the star and that- delightful comedienne, Maud "Eburn, to tickle the risibilities of the audience. As a play "A Pair of Sixes" made a real hit that lasted; on the screen it provides everything in the shape of laughs that the play brought forth, and more so. Amongst the supports there is "Lonesome Luke, the Plumber," a two-reel comedy that is ! a veritable scream of laughter. To-nig'ht will be the final screening occasion.
THE PEOPLE'S. BERT LYTELL IX "EASY TO MAKE MONEY." To-night's new bill at the People's presents the popular Bert Lytell in Metro's latest sparkling comedy drama, "Kasy to .Make .Money." The story of the plan is about the humorous and exciting adventures of Jimmy Slocum, who if! a breezy sort with a weakness for speeding and spending. It shows ho-.v Jimmy brings about hi? own redemption after a scries of interesting incidents;, which include a term behind prison liars. Thp reformation comes with his release, and it is at this juncture he discloses a brain marvellously adapted to finance—and the heart that bents in the healthy young body of a real, red-blooded American. It is tliii type of role in which Mr. Lytell is seen at his best, and the play itself has an appeal for everyone from the youngest to the oldest. The bill includes latest Oazette, Travelog, and Mary Page No. 5. The big "Bird wood" matinee commences Jo-morrow at 2 p.m,
