SUGAR DISTRIBUTION.
THE POSITION IN NEW PLYMOUTH. (By Telegraph.—Special Correspondent.) Wellington, Last Night. Mr. S. G. Smith, M.P" has remarked in the House that the sugar distribution arrangements have not been working out satisfactorily for the town of New Plymouth, and lie had an interview with the Board of Trade on the subject today. He is to have a further interview with them on the details to-morrow.
