Dr. Gilruth'a answer to Mr. Justice Swing's findings in the Northern Territory inquiry, contends that Mr. Justice Ewing's report bristles with inaccuracies, while suppression and false suggestion are commonWith reference to the Commissioner.! view that Dr. Gilruth is an able man, and, in the sphere for which Providence intended him, very much above the average, Dr. Gilruth comments that unfortunately the Commissioner insufficiently divulges the confidence of the Almighty and fails to state the sphere for which he was intended. Dr. Gilruth asserts that his official actions while administering the territory met with the approval of each and every Minister under whom.he served—Aus - N.Z. Cable Assn.
