ANNUAL REPORT. The annual report of the Patua Dairy Company is as follows: It is very gratifying to see that such a substantial increase in the amount of milk received, especially as the number of suppliers show a slight decrease. (17,718 lb.) : quantity of cheese made (factory weight), 537,439 lb. (023,250 lb.) ; quantity of cheese made per lb. butter-fat, 1 581b (2.62 lb.); pounds of milk per lb. of cheese, 9.77 lb. (9.57 lb.); average price per lb. but-ter-fat paid td suppliers for the year, including bonus. Is ll%d (2s). The sum of £4OO 5s 3d has been written off for depredation, and there remains a balance of £5973 19s lid to the credit of profit and loss account, and your directors now recommend n further payment to suppliers of 6d per lb. on butter-fat supplied during the twelve months covered by the balance-sheet which will absorb £5927 lis, and the balance has been utilised In payment of bonuses to members of the staff. Under Article 12 of the company's Articles of Association all the directors retlro from office. Mr. H. Wolsln having sold his farm is leaving the district, and consequently doeß not seek re-election. The remainder being eligible, offer themselves for re-election. Any shareholder wishing to stand as a director, and not being a retiring director, must notify the secretary of his intention at least seven clear days before the riato of the annual meeting of shareholders. You will also be required to elect an auditor. Mr. E. P. Webster again offers his services.
