HAWERA WINTER SHOW.
OPENS AT HAWERA ON TUESDAY.
, The extensive buildings in Hawera sre at present a hive of industry, in preparation for the greatest show in the history of the Winter Show Association. There will be 15,000 feet of space more than any previous show. It will be a wonderful display, and will attract visitors from all parts. For their benefit special trains at excursion fares will be run from all stations between New flymoutu and Wanganui. Particulars are advertised in to-day's News and in the catalogue. These will be three great football attractions—the Ranfurty Shield match, between Wellington and Taranaki, the annual match between Wanganui and Taranaki. and an interesting High School match, Wanganui v. New Plymouth, a class of game that always provided good fast football. The train arrangements will enable visitors to be present from all parts, special trains, with excursion faros, being available from all stations. Everything points to the, greatest success in the history of the association.
