COUNTER MOVE IN RUSSIA. ALLIES'APPROVAL SOUGHT^ By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received July 2, 5.5 p.m. Stockholm, July 1, The newspapers publish reports from Kovno stating that there are strong concentrations of troops in the neighbourhood of Koeningsberg. It is believed that they are intended for a counterrevolutionary attack on Russia, which is being prepared, via Lithuania and Lettland. The head of the movement is stated to be the Russian politician, Gutsjkoff, who leads an army of 60,000 men, which he anticipates, will shortly be doubled. It is \furtlier reported that a representative of White Russia has gone to Paris to obtain the permission of the Powers to carry out GutsjkofFa project. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. FIGHTING IN RUSSIA.
