FIGHTING STILL PROCEEDS. By Telegraph— Press Assn. -Copyright. Belgrade, June 30. The newspaper Pravda has received a report from Uskub stating that aiter desperate fighting the Albanian insurgents stormed Valona and captured the whole Italian garrison. Rome, 'June 30. The Chamber, by a large majority, rejected a Socialist motion demanding a withdrawal from Albania, and conceded the Cabinet six months full power there.
