SYDNEY' SHEEP SHOW.
influences of the drought. By Telegraph.—Press Assq Copyright. Received July d, 7.30 p.m. Sydney, July 1. The annual sheep show, despite the long and continued disastrous drought, attracted well filled pens. The quality was well up to the average. New Zealand exhibits arrived late and had to be taken straight from the ship to the pens. Reports from the draughted areas show one result of splendid rains is that goodly numbers of lambing ewes and other shteep are too emaciated to I stand the wet and cold, and are dying.— Au«.-N.Z.
