London, Jilne 29. j The House of Common* read a second time the Overseas Trade Bill, granting credit* to British traders of £25,000,000 to enable the shattered eountrjes of Europe to rehabilitate their trade. The measure particularly aims. at encouraging the export to the shattered countries, including Poland, Czeeho-Slovakia, Armenia, and Georgia, of machinery and transport material.—Aus.-N.Z?
