GISBOBNE SESSION'S. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Gisborne, Last Night. At, the Supreme Court criminal sessions, before Mr. Justice Sim, Walter Plain, on two charges of obscene exposure, was sentenced to twelve months on each charge, the sentences to be cumulative. Fred Jones, for obtaining money by means of false pretences, wag sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment, and declared an habitual criminal. Buku Haenga, found guilty of theft, was sentenced to three years' reformative treatment. Joe Tupara, for the theft of a heifer, was released on probation for three years, and His Honor ordered a prohibition order to be issued against Tupara.
