THE MEAT OUTLOOK.
POSITION IN AUSTRALIA. By Telesraph.— Vtesa Assn —Copyright. Received June 25, 9.10 p.m.' Sydney, June 25. An improvement in the pastoral outlook as a result of the late rains is responsible for the continued short supply and high prices of stock for meat purposes. All stock suitable for re-stoeking purposes is snapped up. The meat position on the other side of the world Is not troubling graziers, who declare it will be fifteen months at least' before any ejjportable surplus is available, and by that time tlie" glut in Eng- , land and the congestion in the New Zealand cold stores will be a thing of the past, and prices will likely be good.— Aus.-N.Z.
