PRINCE ARTHUR OF CONNAUGHT. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, June 23. Prince Arthur of Connaught has been appointed Governor-General of South Africa,—Aus.-N.Z. tlable, Assn. [Prince Arthur is the only son of the Duke of Connaught, and is thus a cousin of the King. He is 37 years of age, and his wife was formerly Princess Alexandra, Duchess of Fife, the eldest daughter of the Princess Royal. They have one son, the Earl of Macduff, who was born on August 9, 191*. Prince Arthur played a distinguished part in the war. The present Governor-General of South Africa is Viscount Buxfon.]
