PAST WEEK'S RETURNS The following eases of influenza were reported in Taranaki during the week ended at noon<at Monday:— Taranaki, 10 mild. Stratford, 27—four severe and one pneumonic (all in Stratford borough). Hawera, one mild, two pneumonic (Eltham and Kaponga) Patea, three mild. Other infectious diseases notiflea in Taranaki were:— Scarlet fever.—Taranaki 1, Hawera 4. Diphtheria.—Taranaki 4, Stratford 1, Hawera 2, Patea 1. Pneumonia.—Hawera 1. Measles.—Stratford 1. Varicella.—Taranaki 2, Hawera 2
