A JURY DISAGREE.
PENROSE MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE, By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The jury failed to agree in the charge of manslaughter against a young man, Alfred Thomas Percy Dare (23), whom (lie police accuse of taking a Ford motor car from, outside the Opera House, and driving it so recklessly that he collided with and killed Arthur .John Horton, at Penrose, on (he afternoon of January liith last. The Judge ordered a fresh trial.
