They will be further charged with setting Are to a dwelling house containing furniture and household effects, with intent to defraud the United Insurance Company. Sub-Inspector Hiitton yesterday received advice that Albert Edward Magon had been arrested at Te KUitl, Where he was remanded on bail to Appear at New Plymouth to-day. The other* brothers were recently sentenced to reformative treatment, and have since been In the local, gaol. It is understood that the police Will ask for a remand till next Mondav, ■
