' CASES AT BLENHEIM. By Telegraph—Press Association. Blenheim, ,Last Night. At the Supreme Court, before Mr. Justice Salmond, Eric Bertie Twidle, a young man found guilty of forging and uttering a cheque for £4O, was admitted to probation for two years, the accused to pay the costs of the prosecution. William Rees, a young man, was charged with perjury in giving evidence in the Magistrate's Court in a case in ■ which he was charged with being on licensed premises. After an hour's re* tirement the jury returned a verdict of not guilty. Clarence Day, on a similar charge, was also found not guilty.
