FITZROY v. NEW PLYMOUTH. The first inter-elub match of the winter season was played at Piteroy yesterday afternoon, when the weather was more like that of midsummer than raid-winter. The green was In excellent condition, the gams proving most enjoyable to thoso taking part. Although Piluoy won on the aggregate the town players put in some good bowling, and but for tho failure of Wood's team against Jury's the points would have been fairly even. Details a.e as follow.
