ADJOURNED SITTING AT NEW PLYMOUTH. Clarke, petition for dissolution of marriage. Civil. Bonithon Petroleum Co. v. P. A- Hadley, claim for use and occupation of certain machinery, and damages. Originating Summons. It is not certain if the case of Edwin Dixon and another v. Frederick Martin and others, summons for interpretation of will, is to come on for hearing.
