EVERYBODY'S^ GEORGE WALSH AND CLARA KIMBALL YOUNG TO-NIGHT. Everybody's is offering patrons a big double star bill for to-night and at (loth sessions to-morrow. "Smiling George" Walsh romps across the screen in liis newest Fox feature, "The Kid is Clever," a story with a thrill and a laugh in every foot. The athletic star takes the role of Kirk White, a young raan who can't find enough excitement in life. His father sends him aboard ship with a motion picture company which guarantees to provide the proper amount of spiee. Overhearing the plot Kirk is quite ready for "things" to happen, but a miscarriage in the arrangements puts a crowd of bandits on board instead of the picture company. As Kirk is not wise to the change the subsequent happenings are both thrilling and amusing. However George keeps emiling and comes through a series of remarkable adventures in' a manner that fully justifies him as the greatest of all cinema stunt actors. The second big feature is a "Select" special with the famous emotional actress, Clara Kimball Young, in the leading part. This picture is entitled "The Savage Woman," and gives the popular star an entirely new and original character—that of a beautiful wild girl of the jungle, who later becomes a Parisian beauty.

The bill includes gazette, Tl'uvelog and comedy. SPECIAL ATTRACTION TO- - Sherlock Holmes, the greatest detective of all time, will appear to-morrow at the People's in Couun Dovle's enthralling story, "The Valley of Fear.'' This film is an all-lsritUl> production from the famous Samaelson studios, London. Sherlock Holmes is called in to clear up the mystery of the murder at the Moal Ho Ore. near London, <m<i unearths a dramatic storv of the past. It 19 really two thrilling detective stories in owe picture. The story, which bridges the" Atlantic, being partly in England am", partly ir. America, is full of keen interest aw 1 . suspense and really shows the working out of two distinct detective stories—one by the incomparable Sherlock Holmes, and one liy th» well-known detectives of New York—the Pinkerton's. Sherlock Holme*, in unearthing- one of the mysteries given him to solve, opens up a page from the past, an.d it is thi* p&£* that makes the story within a story.
