COUNCILLORS KIDNAPPED. QUELLING LONDONDERRY RIOTS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright, Received May 19, 12.45 a.m. Dublin, May 18. Sinn Feiners broke up a meeting of the County Clare Council, kidnapping three councillors and carrying them off in motor cars. The Londonderry magistracy is taking drastic measures to quell riots in the city. Public houses are closed at fouf o'clock. A large force of troops has arrived, placing cordons around the affected areas.—Times Service. MORE TROOPS ARRIVE, London, May 17.
