Millcrand and Mr. Lloyd George, who have arrived at Folkestone. Conversations are taking place at Sir Philip Sassoon's castle at Lympne. It is essential to settle the method and time for Germany to pay the indemnity, especially as the cost of the army of occupation is still £150.000,000 annual-ly—Aus.-N.Z, Cable Assn. Berlin, May 14. The German Cabinet has decided not to participate in the Spa Conference unless French troops are withdrawn from Frankfort before the conference is call-ed.—Aus.-N.Z- Cable Assn.
