WELLINGTON SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, May 14 In the Supreme Court Aubrey Ibell, for theft, was sent to the reformatory at Invercargill for twelve months; Ernest Dawes, for indecent assault, was sentenced to three years' hard labor. 'PALMERSTON SESSIONS. Palmer3ton N., May 14. In the Supremo Court sentences were imposed as follow:—Clarence Vivian Bracken, for theft, IS months' hard labor; Robert McConkey, for common assault and committing actual bodily harm under serious provocation, was admitted to probation for 12 months, on condition he did not enter a hotel nor touch liquor during that time, and that he paid the prosecutor's hospital fees; Charles Anderson and Frederick Satherley, for theft, the former, having twelve previous convictions, was sentenced to three years' hard labor and the latter to IS months' hard labor.

DUNEDIN SESSIONS. Dunedin, Last Night. The Supreme Court criminal sittings were concluded to-day. A youth named Robert Henry Brockie, for stealing various sums amounting to £135, was released on probation for four years, on condition that he paid the money stolen, and also the costs of the prosecution. Thomas Collins, charged with stealing a bicycle, was acquitted.
