In the House of Commons, replying to Commander Kenworthy, Mr. Bonar Law stated Poland had not consulted Britain before the offensive against Russia. Though the provisional eastern frontier of Poland had been laid down, the Allies were not yet able to determine it definitely. No useful purpose would he served at present by submitting the question to arbitration or to the League of Nations.—lmperial Service. ROUMANIA JOINS THE ppLES. Paris, May 10. The Polish advance varies from 100 to ISO kilometres in depth- The Poles occupy more than half a million square kilometers of territory. A Polish-Roumanian alliance is beir.g prepared.
