New York, April -2!> Speaking before the annual meeting of Chambers of Commerce at Atlantic City, Sir Auckland Gcddes declared that either the United States must go to Europe with help in a business way, or Europe would come to the United States to haunt the nation. Sir Auckland Gcddes declared Hint, the British Empire had troubles, but they were small compared with the European troubles. He said vast changes, amountto a revolution, had occurred in England during the war and that the ultimate political power in England would rest in the hands of the workers. Ho told his audience not to believe the reports of disagreements existing between England, France, and Italy, adding that he had attended many inter-Allied conferences and the reports ot disagreements were fantastic.—Aus.-N.Z.
