PLOT FRUSTRATED.
MORE GERMAN SCHEMING. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—CopjTlgM. Berlin, April 19. Details of a sensational coup have been revealed. There had been rumors of a mysterious plot, and that the military party had overthrown the Government. It now appears that a number of officers arranged for a rising on April 15, and at the last moment decided to take the Communist leaders into their confidence. The rising was postponed pending it conference arranging for Communist cooperation in all industrial areas. The Government, however, learned from spies what was afoot and a detachment of soldiers entered the conference hall on the 15th and made every one prisoner. It. is stated that the plotters actually met in a room of the Ministry of Defence. It is reported that Hoelz, the Bavarian Red leader, has been arrested. Stockholm, April 1 SiMr. Branting, Socialist leader, declares that, it is not likely Dr. Kapp will be surrendered to Germany but, in the event of Sweden deciding to expel him, he will be allowed to decide to which country he will proceed.—Ana.-XX.
