OCCUPATION PROPOSED, 300,000 TROOPS REQUIRED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, April 10. The San Rerao correspondent of the Daily Mail states tliat Marshal Foch lias prepared a report concerning the occupalion of Turkish territory under the Treaty, estimating that at least 300,000 troops will he required. This news is likely to come as a bombshell upon the conference. The question is, who is to furnish the men?
M. I'oincarc, writing in the Matin, sums up the San Remo programme in six words: "Disarm Germany; compel obedience to the Peace Treaty."
