Capetown, April 14. Fires destroyed the South African Milling Company's .grain elevator at Port Elizabeth, one of the biggest in the colony, andi containing over 4000 tons of wheat. The mishap is considerably accentuated the wheat shortage, and quotations are already advancing. The damage is estimated at £IOO,OOO.
