Bj T«l«jr»pli.—Press Assn.—Copyright, Received April 15, 8.50 p.m. Washington, April 14, The Attorney-General reported to the Department of Justice that ic had ini formation showing that Lenin'g Russian Communist International is undertaking to use the railroad strike as a vehicle for the creation of a mass strike in the United States. Information before tie Cabinet disclosed that the Communist Party is financing and otherwise aiding the strike through the agency of the Independent Workers of the World. Hie evidence justified the statement tint tlie aim is a. mass strike, to be followed by a revolution. Hundreds of civilians are being drilled to handle food trains to supply cities. Mr. Sanderson, manager of the Baldwin locomotive Works, and Mr. J. P. Morgan, junr., are amongst the prominent toet assisting to keep the trains moving, t3te former as a driver, and Mr. Morgan as a fireman. A dozen trains are marooned in the Califotnian desert.—Reuter Service. 100,000 MEN INVOLVED. Washington, April. 14.
