MANAWATU SHOW.
The Manawatn and West Coast Agricultural and Pastoral Association hold their eighteenth annual national dairy show on the 22nd, 23rd, 24th, and 25th June next, four days of interest and instruction. The schedule is a very extensive one and comprises classes for every industry. The prizes and trophies offered are a very attractive and valuable collection and there should be record entries in all classes. The purebred cattle exhibition and sale held on the second and third days of the show is the fifth of its kind, and has now become a well established feature of the winter show. Entries close for it on May 22. The Manawatu Poultry Association again offers a very attractive schedule with numerous prizes, comprising shields and cups to add to the keenness in competition amongst the poultry fanciers. The ring events include the Te Aute-Wanganni football match. UO3 trials, hunters' competitions. General entries close on .Tune 7. Schedule? and all information may be obtained from the secretary.
