SHARE OP PROFITS CLAIMED. London, March 25. Mr. Leonard Martin, who came Into prominence last year through his purchase of £4,000,000 worth of surplus linen which the British Government had acquired for war purposes, has been sued by Walter Sheepy for a third of the profits on the transaction. Mr. Sheepy, who claimed that he had introduced tho deal to Mr. Martin, was awarded £4OOO.

Mr. Martin announced his intention of appealing.
