TO OBTAIN MORE INFLUENCE. Received April 5, 11.30 p.m. St. John (New Brunswick), April 3. The Maritime Board of Trade has announced the appointment of committees to confer with the Governments of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island for the creation of an organic Union of the three States in order "to effect increased influence in the councils of the Dominion Qovern-mi-nt The aim is to secure progressive internal development and more economical administration of Government departments. —Aus.-N.Z.
