CHANGES IN THE CABINET. By Telecrsph— 1-ress Assn.—Copyrljht. Received April 4, 5.5 p.m. London, April 2. Sir Hamar Greenwood (Coalition Libera!), Die Under-Secretary to the Home Office, has been appointed Chief Secretary for Ireland, in succession to Mr. Lan Macpherson. (Coalition Liberal). The Daily Chronicle says Mr. Macphereon's retirement is due to ill-health. The following appointments are confirmed:—
Sir L. Worthingtnn Evans (Minister of Pensions) succeeds Mr. G. H. Barnes (Minister of the Inner Cabinet without portfolio), and Mr. Lan Macpherson becomes Minister of Pensions. Mr. F. G Kellaway (Parliamentary Secretary of Munitions) succeeds Sir Hamar Green-wood.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn
