INCREASE IN REVENUE. YEAR'S DEFICIT £320,000,000. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received April 2, 5.6 p.m. London, April 1, The revenue for the past quarter was £643,333,000, an increase of £263,000,000, compared with the corresponding quarter of 1919. The revenue for the fiscal year ended to-day was £1,330,500,000, compared With 1018-1!). Practically all sources show increases. The biggest items are: Income tux, £359.000,000; excess profits, £200,000,000; miscellaneous, £280,000,000. The latter was mostly derived from the sales of war stores. The total expenditure chargeable against revenue was £1,085,750,000, which is a decrease of £913,500,000 compared with the preceding year. The deficit for the year' was £32'<J,000,000.—Imperial Service.
