BREACH OF LICENSING ACT.
MERCHANT LOSES HIS LICENSE. ttj Telegraph.—Press Association Rotorua, Last Night. Charles Turner, wholesale wine and spirit merchant, charged with selling a bottle of whisky in contravention to the Licensing Act, was convicted this morning on his second offence, and was fined £25 and costs 7s. His linense was cancelled, and ho. was debarred from trading for two years.
