VISIT OF THE PRINCE.
SPORTS AT THE HIGH SCHOOL The programme has now been drawn up in connection with the visit of the Prince of Wales to the New Plymoutli Boys' High School on April 30th. The. school contingent is to form A guard of honor to His Royal"Highnesß on his arrival at 8.15 in the morning. After the public reception in Pukekura Park, the Prince proceeds, via the racecourse, to the High School, where he will review a parade of territorials and senior cadets. Later, a physical drill display is to be given by the High School cadets. The lnglewood Boy Scouts will then give a% demonstration of bridge building. ■ A committee has been set up to make arrangements for an athletic meeting, to be held on the High School sports grounds, commencing at 11 a.m. A long list of events includes classes for the various military units (officers and men of the territoiials and senior cadets) and also for Boy Scouts. A points prfee is to be awarded to the company receiving most points in the various events, points to count as follow: First 15, second 3, third 1. All competitors will start from scratch. Free railway warrants will be issued to those rn tho strength of any company in No. 8 group, so that large entries for the various events are et- ' pected. Whilst the Prince is a Uhe school, the Freemasons of the province will present him with an address, His Highness being a member of the fraternity.
