Hunter, of Pipiriki, who fell into the Ohura River at Tokirima while riding a horse, the evi' dence showed the deceased and a mute had been drinking. The mate missed the deceased, and found the horse riderles: on tiie road. The body was reeoverec later, when it was found the neck was broken. A verdict of accidental deatl was returned.
