DUBLIN STORES SEARCHED, MANAGER AND OTHERS ARRESTED.. By 'Weuiapli.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received March 19 8.45 pm. London, March 18. A sensational raid, which lasted all day, was made on the premises of Messrs Findlater, grocers, Dublin, and well known throughout Ireland. They oecupy extensive premises in Sackville Street. A large force of soldiers and police searched tlio cellars and overhauled the rooms, whero the servants slept. They ordered tho girl to leave their l>eds, but the girls reuised, and the pol- ; ice refrained from insisting on the order ! being obeyed. In the House of Commons; Mr. J. I. Macpherson (Chief Secretary for Ireland) stated that since January 1, 1019, eighteen members of the Royal Irish Constabulary, six Dublin police, two soldiers, and one other Government servant were murdered in Ireland, while the murder of sixty-five of tlie constabulary, seventeen Dublin po\ice, four soldiers, and three other Government servants was attempted. There had been twenty-five attacks on police barracks. , •
