Mr. Walter Long (First Lord of tlio Admiralty), in the House of Commons, in the course of his explanation, of the memorandum submitted in the Navy Estimates, referred to Lord Jellieoo's reports ou the results of hi* recent tour, which obviously would bo considered by the next Imperial Conference. Mr. Long mentioned the great warmth with which Lord Jellicoe was received. He said that the officers who wore being appointed by the Dominions to advise the Admiralty in connection with the problems of the development ol the Dominions' navies will in due course form an integral part of the naval staff. —lmperial Service.
