Mr. Feilding, ex* Minister of finance in the Laurier 'administration, said during the debate that Canada''had no business at- the Peace Conference, and the new national' aspirations of Canada were without justification, only creating trouble between Canada and Britain, and Canada and the United States.—Aus.N.Z.
