A cable received last week reported that Mr. Justice Ferguson granted the application of Mr. Holman ;o disclose the name of the writer of an alleged defamatory article, which appeared in the Murwillumbah Tweed Daily, published on February 3rd, in connexion with the evidence before the Wheat Commission regarding the Kensington pony racecourse ]pase_
