The Turk* openly insult, ill-treat, rob, and murder Greeks. There are many outrages ''on the northern shores of the Sea of Marmora, whence Christians have fled en masse.
An incitation to massacre Christians was delivered in Constantinople, where a rising is predicted for the 10th inst.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
