DILEMMA FOR LABOR CANDIDATES. Sydney, March 8. The executive of the Labor Party has decided to expel all selected Labor candidates who agree to sign the pledge which is demanded by the Labor Council for the unconditional release of the twelve IW-'W. men. AUSTRALIA'S AIR FORCE. I Melbourne, March 8. The Air Board has - submittcd a complete scheme of aerial defence to the Council of Defence. It proyides for the formation by 1026 of 1024 squadrons of aeroplanes and flying boats. The expenditure for the first year will be 1J millions, and the annual cost one million. The force will be mainly composed of a citizen force and soldiers. MINERS BOYCOTT" SHOPS. Sydney, March 7.
